Bio
A grinning girl who always carries a Craft Knife, her "Keke" laughter echoing her name. She often abruptly interrupts conversations and rambles on, but listen closely and you'll find her dissecting words, exposing others' lies. Yet when she lies herself, she needs someone to point it out.
Background
Gazetter's guardian and other doctors believed she suffered from mental illness, with brain damage that prevented her from understanding others' words, exhibiting violent tendencies and self-harm behaviors. However, Logos doctors discovered she actually had Field Contact Sequela. Previous incorrect treatments had deeply harmed her, but fortunately, after therapy from Logos and Rota, her condition began to improve.
Gazetter's laughter sounded almost like the eerie chuckle of some Unknown creature—though admittedly rude to say, she herself quite liked the description. "So you've discovered I'm an Unknown creature after all." "Keke... Don't you believe me either?" Nobody believed Gazetter's lies, much less liked them—she must have known that. So why did she keep telling such obvious falsehoods? "Believe what you will, I couldn't care less about your opinions. It's not like any of you care about me anyway..."

Gazetter came from an environment of lies and hypocrisy. Her family didn't believe her words, sending her to various medical institutions and telling others she had a strange illness to gain sympathy. She kept company with books and newspapers, only to later realize they too were full of lies. She tried to tear them apart with her Craft Knife, yet still couldn't find truth.
"this World is made of lies!"—These words over the years made Gazetter forget how to trust. She always sneered cynically, questioning everything around her.

After attempting to communicate with Gazetter, they allowed Gazetter to keep that Little Craft Knife, as she had promised not to cause harm. This time she didn't lie—though she still couldn't resist cutting paper, she never turned the blade toward anyone again, including herself.
Additionally, that Little Craft Knife once saved a newly arrived Female. That Female was tied up with Adhesive Tape and couldn't break free. Gazetter had never imagined someone would encounter such a thing.

According to later investigations, Gazetter once experienced an earthquake in the children's library, pinned under bookshelves for hours before being rescued. It was then that she entered the field. 'I really saw a Witch in Another World'—repeating this truth, Gazetter was dismissed as a lying child. Her family treated it as a strange illness, attempting to correct her.
After being sent to Logos, doctors discovered crystal fragments in her eyes and initially tried to remove them. However, Gazetter reacted violently, mistaking it for the same kind of 'treatment' as before, forcing them to abandon the procedure.

Spiral Dash
Hold the Skill to charge a spinning slash with the Craft Knife, dealing melee slashing damage. Higher charge stages extend the Blade, increase the number of hits, and increase total damage. Gazetter's innate CRIT Rate increases by 30% during the attack.
If the Craft Knife still has snap-off Blade segments, each CRIT snaps off 1 segment and restores 25 AP; snapping off the first segment doubles the AP restored. Each snapped-off segment also increases Gazetter's ATK by 10% for 5s.

Shattered Lie
Gazetter draws the Craft Knife in a slash, follows with a downward slash, and drives the extended Blade into the ground ahead, dealing melee slashing damage with each strike and to enemies around the impact. The impact snaps off the excess Blade so the lighter knife can be used for a flurry of melee slashing attacks. The sharp broken Blade grants 8% innate CRIT Rate.
Repeatedly tap the Skill to consume AP and continue slashing. A CRIT applies the Blade Break bonus from Spiral Dash at 60% effectiveness, and hitting an enemy with the Final Slash restores 50 AP. Gazetter becomes progressively harder to steer as the flurry continues. Slashing damage is treated as Normal Attack damage.

Blade Whirl
Don't try to see through Gazetter's lies.
Gazetter swings the massive Craft Knife horizontally. Its extended blade deals melee slashing damage and sends out a shockwave that deals multiple hits of melee slashing damage and knocks back enemies in the area ahead. When the blade strikes an enemy, all of its snap-off segments break away and home in on the target nearest Gazetter, each dealing melee slashing damage. Each segment that hits restores 50 AP to Gazetter.
