Bio
Affected by the field, Lacy speaks slowly and seems somewhat dull. Past events are just chaotic images to her. She faintly realizes someone brought her Here, like an abandoned child, so she constantly longs to be needed by others. She uses Magic to comfort people and make them Happy—let's make her Happy too.
Background
A child who got lost in the amusement park was frightened at the time and too young to provide useful information, so the police couldn't find her family. She was later taken in by Logos Clinic and grew up slowly. She seems to suffer from Field Contact Sequela and is currently receiving treatment at Rota and Logos.
Lacy is a child who struggles with social interactions, always keeping to herself when she first came Here. But whenever someone falls silent or becomes despondent alone, she would suddenly appear by their side, using Magic to conjure all sorts of little gifts to Tease them Happy—though most are just candies and toys others gave her, she genuinely wants to share her joy through Magic. (No one knows who taught her Magic—maybe she's just a magical prodigy?)

As the youngest at Logos, Lacy is doted on by many around her; Tutu and Gazetter tell her amusing stories, while Millia treats her Magic as a form of Magic, regarding her as a new little Witch. And so, among the children coming to Rota for check-ups, there is one more, making things livelier.

No one knows Blue's past before that. It's said she was too young at the time to provide any information about her parents—she was first at July Medical Center, then at the OPF Charity Orphanage, and finally sent to Logos Clinic. After moving through so many places, Blue's only remaining luggage was a little Red Frog backpack, from the only place she ever knew: Red Frog Theme Park.

On the day Lacy came to Rota, many games and events were held at the Plaza. According to reliable sources: all the events were anonymously funded by someone, who also covered all expenses for Logos and sent her many novel magic items. It seems Lacy wasn't alone, nor abandoned—a kind soul had been supporting her all along, like a magician who appears and vanishes suddenly.

Candy for All!
Lacy throws a Jester Candy Box ahead. After landing, it continuously deals Forcefield damage to nearby enemies and periodically draws their attention.
While active, the box continuously drops random candy: picking up Green Candy restores HP; picking up Blue Candy restores a small amount of AP; and Pink Candy explodes on landing, dealing ranged Forcefield damage to nearby enemies.
Hitting the box with different desserts from Candy for You! makes it drop extra candy and trigger different AoE attacks. When its duration ends, the box explodes, dealing melee Forcefield damage to nearby enemies.

Froggie! Go!
Lacy summons Froggie to pull the farthest enemy to her. Based on the distance pulled, the target takes ranged Forcefield damage and is Stunned for up to 5s. Enemies near the destination or struck along the path also take ranged Forcefield damage.
When Froggie disappears, it deals ranged Forcefield damage to enemies in an area in front of Lacy.
